The Hills Have Eyes is looking for members who want to help build a friendly, active, and welcoming guild community. Leadership positions are not status symbols or rewards—they are service roles meant to improve the experience of every member.
Whether you are interested in organizing events, welcoming recruits, managing guild resources, leading PvP nights, helping with raids, or simply making sure nobody feels left out, there is a place for you on the team.
High Council Positions
Master of Coin
The Master of Coin helps oversee the guild bank, shared resources, donations, event funding, and financial transparency. This role is perfect for organized members who enjoy keeping things fair, helping fund community projects, and making sure guild resources are used to benefit everyone.
Master of Whispers
The Master of Whispers focuses on recruitment, member onboarding, Discord management, public relations, and community engagement. This role helps new members feel welcome, keeps communication flowing, and ensures the guild maintains a positive presence both in-game and across Discord.
Grand Maester
The Grand Maester is responsible for guild knowledge and guidance. This includes maintaining helpful resources, guides, event information, educational materials, and scheduling support. This role is ideal for players who enjoy teaching others, answering questions, and helping members become more confident in the game.
Master of Endeavors
The Master of Endeavors leads the guild’s social and community-driven activities. Responsibilities include organizing housing events, achievement nights, casual gatherings, seasonal celebrations, social games, and other opportunities for members to spend time together outside of structured content.
Master of War
The Master of War oversees competitive and organized gameplay initiatives. This may include guild challenges, organized PvP, battleground nights, arena groups, tournaments, community competition, and cross-guild coordination. This role is for someone who enjoys rallying players around shared goals while keeping things fun and respectful.
Officer Roles
Raid Officer
Raid Officers help organize raid groups, coordinate team composition, assist with strategy planning, communicate expectations, and help ensure raid nights remain structured, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Mythic+ Officer
Mythic+ Officers help form dungeon groups, organize keystone events, support teaching runs, coordinate weekly key nights, and connect members looking for reliable dungeon partners. This role is especially valuable for members who enjoy helping others learn routes, mechanics, and team coordination.
PvP Officer
PvP Officers organize battleground nights, arena teams, world PvP activities, and guild tournaments. They help create a relaxed but active environment for players interested in competitive content at any experience level.
Revels Officer / Social Steward
Revels Officers focus on fun. They help organize casual events, contests, holiday celebrations, guild games, screenshots, transmog nights, community spotlights, and anything else that strengthens friendships within the guild.
Master Guard / Member Support Roles
Master Guards help protect the culture of the guild by welcoming members, encouraging respectful communication, assisting with minor conflicts, and helping ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable place to play. They may also assist officers with member outreach, attendance, and general support.
Stewards, Maesters, and Community Helpers
Not every role requires leading a full department. We are also looking for dependable members who would like to help in smaller but meaningful ways.
Stewards can help with guild events, member check-ins, neighborhood activities, recruitment, Discord moderation, guild bank organization, and welcoming new players.
Maesters can contribute guides, class knowledge, profession advice, raid explanations, Mythic+ tips, PvP support, housing information, or any other helpful resources for the guild.
Community Helpers can assist with event sign-ups, reminders, screenshots, social posts, guild news, forum activity, member spotlights, and helping newer members find groups.

We are not looking for perfection, elite credentials, or people who can be online every day. We are looking for members who are dependable, respectful, community-minded, and excited to help others enjoy World of Warcraft.
